Blackberry and Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
½ cup frozen or fresh blackberries
1 banana
1 small avocado
2 heaped tablespoonfuls of coconut yoghurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2cm piece of fresh ginger
50ml plant-based milk
Toppings
5 blackberries
1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
1 teaspoon peanut butter
3 squares dark chocolate
1 square dark chocolate, finely sliced
Method
If you are making your own chia berry jam and granola, get those done first! Otherwise, add all the ingredients to a blender or blender cup and blend them until smooth and creamy. Scoop the blackberry and avocado smoothie bowl mix into a bowl and add as many toppings as you like.
